Total Food Safety Begins With ServSafe Training and Certification 

The National Restaurant Association created ServSafe, a high quality food sanitation training program.  The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification is nationally recognized and accredited.  The New York State Restaurant Association is proud to promote this exceptional program through a schedule of ServSafe classes arranged by various NYSRA chapters throughout the state and the NYSRA Educational Foundation.

 

ServSafe Alcohol is Real-World Preparation For Any Situation 

Responsible alcohol service is an issue that touches your business, your customers and your community.  That's why the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation developed the ServSafe Alcohol Program to raise the bar in responsible alcohol service training and certification.  The new Fundamentals of Responsible Alcohol Service course assists in giving your staff the training they need to help assure every drink served is a safe one.(Currently, only the New York City Chapter conducts regularly scheduled ServSafe Alcohol  classes.)

To view the schedule of ServSafe Foodhandlers' Classes in your area or the dates of New York City's ServSafe Alcohol classes go to the Calendar of Events and use the dropdown list to "Display the Event Type" you are interested in.  Dates for all classes in that catagory will display.
