Recall Awareness Promotion Program (RAPP) The New York State Restaurant Association is pleased to announce its support of RAPP. As one of the first members in this innovative program, NYSRA joins the NYS Consumer Protection Board and industry leaders who strive for the "gold standard" in consumer safety by increasing consumer awareness about recalls. Business associations and organizations interested in RAPP membership are encouraged to visit the CPB website at www.nysconsumer.gov or, to request information, e-mail the CPB at webmaster@consumer.state.ny.us and include "RAPP Membership" in the subject line.
