Applicants must be current or former New York State ProStart students who also must have been admitted to a post-secondary school where they will major in foodservice, culinary arts, hospitality management or a related field. Click here for application.

Applicants must be ProStart students enrolled in ProStart programs located in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, or Wyoming county and must have been admitted to a post-secondary school where they will majoring in a hospitality-related field. The New York State Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NYSRAEF) will award
