The New York ProStart Scholarship

Applicants must be current or former New York State ProStart students who also must have been admitted to a post-secondary school where they will major in foodservice, culinary arts, hospitality management or a related field. Click here for application.

Applicants must be current or former Vermont ProStart students who also must have been admitted to a post-secondary school where they will major in foodservice, culinary arts, hospitality management or a related field. Click here for application.

Rochester Scholarship

Applicants must be residents of Monroe, Livingston, Ontario or Wayne county and must have been admitted to a post-secondary school where they will major in foodservice, culinary arts, hospitality management or a related field. Click here for application.

Western NY Chapter: The Peter Longo ProStart Scholarship

Applicants must be ProStart students enrolled in ProStart programs located in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, or Wyoming county and must have been admitted to a post-secondary school where they will majoring in a hospitality-related field. ProStart Program Support Application

The New York State Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NYSRAEF) will award
scholarships to currently recognized ProStart programs. These funds are intended to help support the costs related to facilitating the ProStart program. Contact Elizabeth Soscia Fordley for more information at elizabeths@nysra.org.
